Tutorial on making a "call-to-action" button in Photoshop.

Simple little tutorial on creating a ‘call-to-action’ button (like those seen on many websites for download links, etc.) in Photoshop.  This seems so simple, but for some reason the ability to figure out how to do things like this on my own alludes me.  Guess that truly shows my lack of an artistic side…
